In our Český Krumlov Day Trip from Prague you will get to know one of the most visited sites in the Czech Republic, and one of the most georgeous towns in Europe, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The town is located south of the Bohemia region, some 170 kilometers from Prague, tucked in a bend of the Vltava River, which surrounds the historical town center. Without a doubt, Český Krumlov’s main attraction is its well-preserved ancient architecture, which has been barely touched by time.
The city center boasts some 300 historical houses, and the second largest castle in the country, which belonged to some of the most important noble families such as the Rosenbergs, Eggenbergs, and Schwarzenbergs.
A castle, a town of meandering narrow alleys, beautiful façades, a winding river, rich greenery, and a medieval atmosphere are all found within this fairy tale town.
